Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Lead Engineering Manager in Control System to lead the engineering efforts for IBR-based power plants, including solar, wind, BESS, and hybrids. You will own Conceptual, Basic and Detailed engineering, grid-code compliance, and field commissioning for large utility-scale projects.

The role requires deep domain expertise in control systems (15+ years) with 5+ years in technical leadership, and hands-on experience with RTDS, PSS/e, PSCAD, and IEC/IEEE standards to ensure

Qualifications

• 15+ years overall experience in control systems for power plants.
• 5+ years in technical leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualization and Engineering of control systems for IBR plants to meet grid code requirements.
• Testing, Commissioning and troubleshooting of control systems in field and RTDS setups.
• Minimum qualification: BE/BTech in Electrical & Electronics.
