Rgheeb is seeking an experienced Lead Brand Designer to spearhead the development and evolution of our brand identity. You will lead a team of designers, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and oversee all aspects of brand design to ensure consistency and excellence across touchpoints.

The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset with strong branding and leadership experience, a stellar portfolio, and expertise in design software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Branding, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of brand design experience with leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio showing branding, visual identity, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve brand identities and visual systems across touchpoints.
• Lead a design team and mentor junior designers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations on campaigns and materials.
• Ensure brand guidelines and consistency across channels and brands.
• Translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts.
• Oversee design production for campaigns, assets, and presentations.
