Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee architectural coordination and execution on-site, ensuring construction aligns with approved drawings and design intent
  • Lead BIM-based coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve clashes and ensure smooth workflow
  • Review architectural and multidisciplinary models/drawings, provide clear comments, and coordinate timely resolution of design and construction issues
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, progress, and compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address technical challenges and support buildability solutions
  • Participate in method statement reviews, shop drawing approvals, and material evaluations from an architectural perspective
  • Ensure all architectural works meet project standards, safety requirements, and schedule targets

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant architectural experience in contracting organizations
  • Bachelors degree in architecture or equivalent; professional accreditation is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of BIM workflows and coordination in a construction environment
  • Strong capability to review models/drawings, provide comments, and resolve design and site-related issues
  • Proven site-based experience with hands-on involvement in large-scale construction projects
