Job summary

Al Shuwayer Group of Companies in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced CNC Fiber Laser Operator to support our sheet metal fabrication team.

You will operate fiber laser cutting machines per production plan, read technical drawings, set up parameters, improve material utilization, and comply with safety and housekeeping standards.

Minimum 2–5 years of fiber laser experience is preferred; strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience reading technical drawings and interpreting cutting programs.
• Fiber laser operation experience is preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of CNC laser cutting experience.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC fiber laser cutting machine per production plan.
• Load/unload sheet metal safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting programs.
• Perform machine setup, parameter adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure cutting quality meets specifications (dimensions, edge quality).
• Minimize material waste and optimize sheet utilization.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Report machine issues or breakdowns immediately.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-5 years experience operating CNC laser cutting machines.
• Experience with fiber laser machines is a must.
