Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Landscape Inspector to monitor landscaping works on road and infrastructure projects. You will inspect planting, irrigation, soil prep, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and environmental standards.

You will collaborate with engineers and contractors, review materials, and prepare reports to support timely completion and handover of landscape areas.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in landscape inspection within road and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, irrigation systems, and plant care.

Responsibilities

• Inspect landscaping works including planting, irrigation, and soil preparation.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and environmental standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation of plants, turf, and landscape features.
• Monitor adherence to safety and sustainability practices.
• Review and validate contractor work, materials, and equipment used in landscaping.
• Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and documentation for project records.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineers, irrigation specialists, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely completion of landscaping works in line with project schedules.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of landscape areas.

Overview
