Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land and topographic surveys, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting engineering and construction activities in line with project requirements and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field surveys and collect data for topographical, boundary, and construction layout purposes.
  • Use surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, theodolites, and levels to measure distances, angles, and elevations.
  • Prepare site layout and boundary plans using AutoCAD or other relevant software.
  • Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide essential data and coordinate site activities.
  • Monitor and record changes in site conditions, report discrepancies, and ensure that all work aligns with project specifications.
  • Maintain and calibrate survey equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare and submit technical reports, survey sketches, and field notes in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with local land and building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications And Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in land surveying.
  • Proficiency in surveying equipment (e.g., Total Station, GPS, Auto Level).
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other related software is required.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, maps, and legal property descriptions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Must have Valid Saudi Engineering Council Accreditation.
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and travel to various site locations within Riyadh.
