Savills Group in Riyadh is seeking a proactive Senior Marketing Executive to support growth of its Saudi business and brand. The role is based at KAFD, Riyadh, acting as a bridge between local needs and Savills' regional/global teams to translate strategy into locally relevant activity.

The successful candidate will lead Arabic content, PR, events and stakeholder coordination, working independently yet collaborating with regional teams to ensure continuity with Savills brand standards.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-5 years' experience within marketing, communications, PR or a related discipline.
• Fluent or native-level Arabic, alongside excellent professional English
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market, business environment and culture
• Experience coordinating marketing activity across multiple stakeholders
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting events, PR, content, social media or corporate marketing activity
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
• Work with regional teams and external PR partners where appropriate to develop and distribute media materials
• Support the profiling of Savills' KSA leaders and subject-matter experts
• Monitor relevant Saudi news and market developments and identify timely opportunities for Savills to contribute commentary
• Maintain visibility of earned media coverage and support internal and external amplification

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary day-to-day marketing contact for the Savills KSA business
• Work closely with KSA leadership and service-line teams to understand commercial priorities and translate these into marketing activity
• Coordinate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure KSA requirements are understood, prioritised and delivered
• Maintain marketing calendars, action trackers and project plans and ensure agreed activity progresses
• Proactively gather information from the business around new mandates, transactions and market developments
• Maintain an organised library of approved KSA marketing assets
• Support the implementation of the wider KSA marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
• Help ensure KSA marketing activity remains aligned with Savills brand standards
• Play a central role in ensuring Arabic content localisation and Arabic material review
• Coordinate local PR activity around research, market developments and partnerships
• Coordinate Arabic versions of collateral and work with designers to ensure brand consistency
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of KSA marketing materials and case studies
• Support CRM and client communications and email marketing activities
• Coordinate with regional teams on CRM and email marketing
• Identify opportunities for events, sponsorships and networking and support execution
• Maintain relationships with journalists, media contacts and industry bodies
• Support the profiling of local leadership and subject-matter experts
• Monitor Saudi market developments and contribute timely commentary
• Ensure local content reflects Saudi priorities and is integrated with global channels
• Coordinate social media activity with emphasis on LinkedIn and Arabic content
• Maintain oversight of KSA website content and local service pages
