Job summary

eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Coordinator – Tamheer to assist in monitoring daily warehouse and logistics operations. The role involves supporting the team in warehouse, inventory, and logistics tasks and extracting insights from Power BI and Excel data.

You will prepare simple reports and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and support data entry and routine analysis.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of warehouse & logistics operations; COOP exposure preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work with data and reports.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in Supply Chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily warehouse and logistics operations and assist coordination.
• Support day-to-day operations related to warehouse, inventory, and logistics.
• Extract and analyze data from Power BI reports and Excel files.
• Prepare simple reports/dashboards to track logistics and warehouse performance.
• Identify operational trends, discrepancies and improvement opportunities from data.
• Support data entry, documentation, and routine operational analysis.
