Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in managerial accounting or related role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budget planning and forecasting for various departments.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and propose improvements.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify improvements or risks.
• Support month-end closing by reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost-reduction and revenue-growth strategies.
• Assist with preparation of tax returns and audits.
