Ideal candidates have proven IT trainer experience, strong communication, and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. Certifications in IT training and familiarity with e‑learning platforms are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Technical Trainer or similar training role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Experience developing training materials and conducting hands‑on sessions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work within a short-term contract (2 weeks).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging IT technical training sessions tailored to the audience's skill level.
• Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and exercises.
• Assess participants’ understanding through evaluations and provide feedback.
• Provide hands‑on training on various IT systems, software applications, and tools.
• Answer participants’ questions and address any technical issues during training sessions.
• Collaborate with the IT team to stay updated on new technologies and incorporate them into training.
• Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
