Job summary

Tamer Consumer is seeking a skilled IT Support specialist to bolster Supply Chain and Demand Planning systems. The role covers Oracle EBS to Fusion transition, Slim4 demand planning maintenance, and integration across P2P, O2C, inventory, and logistics.

You will monitor performance, resolve incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and automation. A 2+ year IT support background with Oracle exposure is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and manage service requests within SLAs.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to gather requirements and translate into specs.
• Perform data sync monitoring and resolve interface issues between Slim4, Oracle modules, and external portals.
• Resolve stuck interface records and approval/workflow issues in procurement, inventory and order processes.
• Execute regression tests for quarterly Oracle Fusion SCM updates and Slim4 upgrades.
• Escalate complex bugs and config changes to the IT Supply Chain Lead with clear criteria.
• Maintain SCM master data including items, BOMs, UOM conversions, and supplier configurations.
• Analyze end-to-end processes and suggest enhancements or automation opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity across procurement, inventory, and logistics systems.
• Support audit requests and maintain SOP documentation.
• Assist in designing and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and reports (inventory turns, on-time delivery).
• Develop and maintain digital workflow automations using RPA tools and Google Workspace where applicable.
• Manage user access, roles, and SOD controls in line with compliance requirements.
• Support migration and testing activities during Oracle Fusion transition and guide users through UAT.

Job Purpose

To provide robust functional and technical support for Supply Chain and Demand Planning systems, specifically supporting the transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion and maintaining the Slim4 demand planning system. This role focus exclusively on enterprise SCM application modules—specifically Procurement (P2P), Order Management (O2C), Inventory Management, Demand Planning (Slim4).

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and manage service requests within defined SLAs.
• Partner with Procurement, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.
• Daily monitoring and error resolution of data syncs between Slim4 Demand Planning, Oracle SCM modules, and external vendor/procurement portals.
• Resolve stuck interface records (e.g., pending inventory movements, unposted receipt transactions, order sync failures, and purchase order approval stuck workflows).
• Execute functional regression test scripts for quarterly Oracle Fusion SCM module updates and Slim4 system upgrades.
• Define clear criteria to *escalate* complex application bugs, custom code failures, and system configuration changes to the IT Supply Chain Lead.
• Maintain SCM master data integrity, including item masters, bill of materials (BOMs), unit of measure (UOM) conversions, and supplier master configurations.
• Analyze current supply chain processes (procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, order-to-cash, warehouse operations) and recommend system enhancements or automation opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across procurement, inventory, and logistics systems.
• Support internal and external audit requests related to supply chain systems and controls.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support the design and maintenance of supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and reports (e.g., inventory turns, on-time delivery, Develop and maintain digital workflow automations utilizing RPA tools and the Google Workspace ecosystem (AppSheet, Google Apps Script) to eliminate manual supply chain data entry and optimize inventory management processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• +2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role. Exposure to Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion.
