Job summary

TotalTECH Corporation in Jeddah seeks an experienced Oracle ERP functional consultant to translate business requirements into Oracle SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, and EAM solutions.

Role involves participating in Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud implementations, conducting requirement workshops, designing end-to-end processes, guiding data migration, and delivering training and knowledge transfer to users.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP functional experience with hands-on Oracle SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, EAM and/or Manufacturing.
• Experience with Oracle EBS is required; Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP integrations and end-to-end business processes.
• Certifications such as PMP/PMI-ACP or Oracle certifications are advantageous.

1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP functional solutions. Configure, enhance, and support Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, EAM, Projects and related modules.
2. Participate in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and transformation initiatives.
3. Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and prepare functional design and solution documents.
4. Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend standard Oracle functionality wherever applicable.
5. Support CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, data migration, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
6. Design and validate end-to-end business processes across Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, Assets, and related Finance processes.
7. Define functional requirements for integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party applications.
8. Work closely with Oracle technical consultants on interfaces, reports, conversions, extensions, and workflows.
9. Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
10. Support master-data and transactional-data migration, reconciliation, and validation.
11. Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices, internal controls, security requirements, and established IT standards.
12. Identify opportunities for process automation, simplification, and continuous improvement.
13. Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, configuration documents, and user guides.
14. Provide functional support and knowledge transfer to business users.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP functional experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, EAM and/or Manufacturing.
• Experience with Oracle EBS is required, while Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of ERP integrations and end-to-end business processes is expected.
• PMP, PMI-ACP and Oracle certifications are advantageous.
