The Manager IT will be responsible for managing and optimizing IT operations across healthcare clinics, with a strong focus on Healthcare Information Systems (HIS). This role ensures seamless integration of clinical systems, drives IT-enabled healthcare transformation, and supports both administrative and clinical functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IT operations for all clinics, ensuring the smooth functioning of HIS, EMR/EHR, and other clinical applications.
  • Implement, maintain, and optimize Hospital/Healthcare Information Systems (HIS) across clinics.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand HIS requirements, workflows, and reporting needs.
  • Manage IT infrastructure supporting clinical systems, including servers, networks, databases, and hardware.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational IT policies.
  • Lead IT projects related to HIS upgrades, digital transformation, and interoperability initiatives.
  • Train, support, and guide clinic staff on HIS usage, workflows, and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive measures.
  • Coordinate with vendors, solution providers, and consultants for HIS implementation, maintenance, and customization.
  • Develop IT policies, SOPs, and documentation for HIS and related IT operations.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years focused on Healthcare Information Systems (HIS, EMR, EHR).
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare standards (HL7, ICD-10, SNOMED, etc.), and interoperability.
  • Experience managing IT infrastructure in multi-clinic or hospital environments.
  • Knowledge of data security, HIPAA/KSA healthcare regulations, and IT compliance standards.
  • Proven project management experience for HIS implementation, upgrades, or migrations.
