Job summary

Air Products is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage structured cabling, IT room setup, and DMZ configurations across sites. You will supervise installation, testing, labeling, and documentation while coordinating with external vendors to ensure DT infrastructure standards are met.

The role emphasizes remote teamwork, strong problem solving, and proactive IT support. Candidates should have a degree in Information Systems or CS and solid English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science and basic IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Good written and spoken English language skills.
• Proven work experience in desktop support or IT infrastructure areas.
• Knowledge of PC clients, Windows OS, network connectivity, VPN, printing queues, and basic ITIL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and maintain IT standards, including safety for IT rooms.
• Set up and manage network cabling, wireless access points, VPN connections.
• Inspect, install, and document IT infrastructure, including DMZ and remote access.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT contractors to install and support DT infrastructure.
