Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• At least 2–3 years in a change coordination or change management role.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all change management activities across IT services.
• Track and communicate all change requests through the Service Management tool.
• Conduct and document Post Implementation Reviews for implemented changes.
