Job summary

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator with 2+ years of IT, data analysis or related field to support complex operating systems and mission-critical applications.

You will design, implement, monitor, and document system administration practices, mentor staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliability, governance, and compliant data management across the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT, data analysis or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic preferred.

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in all analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Implement data governance best practices in analysis processes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling.
• Participate in data governance audits and compliance activities.
• Develop new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.
• Continuously monitor the performance and availability of systems and networks to ensure efficient and effective operation.
• Plan, test, and implement upgrades for information systems.
• Integrate new software applications into existing systems.
• Ensure new applications are integrated and deployed efficiently across the business.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, ensuring it is organized and accessible for future reference.
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data and systems.
• Develop procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, natural disasters, and user abuse.
• Develop tools, procedures, and training sessions for Operations, Client Support, and Systems Development staff to assist with their work.
• Mentor team members and educate users on system administration best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in system administration to ensure continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Information Technology, Data Analysis or relevant field.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or in a related field.

Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
