Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Active Directory and ADERANT accounts for GT employees
  • Manage cloud accounts in Microsoft Entra (Azure) and third‑party systems (Dropbox, BOX, Google Workspace)
  • Log, track and update requests via Ivanti ticketing system
  • Provide Tier I support and on‑call coverage as needed
  • Train new Helpdesk and Account Administration staff
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs for Account Administration
  • Assist HR and Office of Firm Counsel as needed
  • Participate in IT projects as Account Administration SME

Join our IT Account Administration Team as an IT Account Administration Specialist based in our Riyadh Regional Headquarters office.

This role is based in our Riyadh Regional Headquarters office on an in‑office basis and reports to the Account Administration Manager.

Position Summary

The IT Account Administration Specialist’s core responsibilities include creating accounts on various systems for new hires, maintaining existing accounts, provisioning access to restricted systems/services and ensuring that access for those leaving GT is suspended in a timely manner. The team also maintains most of the firm distribution lists, shared mailboxes, cloud storage enterprise accounts and Office 365 licenses. Candidates should also be flexible to work overtime as needed and on call on a rotation basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain Active Directory and ADERANT accounts for GT employees including account changes, deactivations, and deletions
  • Manage cloud accounts in Microsoft Entra (Azure)
  • Manage user accounts in third‑party/external systems to include Dropbox, BOX, Google Workspace, ShareFile, Preparis, eFax, PingOne Identity, ZOOM, etc.
  • Create and maintain firm‑wide distribution lists in AD on prem
  • Create and maintain cloud groups on Microsoft Entra (Azure)
  • Log, track, and update all requests via ticketing system (Ivanti)
  • Identify issues that require approval of Office of Firm Counsel and work closely to obtain approvals and track in SQL database for user recertification
  • Update and maintain assigned service requests; follow up with clients and others in IT as needed
  • Provide Tier I support when required as well as on‑call support to Account Administration Team
  • Assist in training of new Helpdesk representatives and Account Administration personnel
  • Provide advanced support for HR and Office of Firm Counsel
  • Participate in identifying and implementing improvements for the Account Administration function
  • Serve as Account Administration SME on firm‑wide technology projects and may manage small projects as assigned
  • Maintain Account Administration documentation and procedures that include SOPs and QRC documentation
  • Review communications regarding new policies, procedures, and system changes/outages
Qualifications

Skills & Competencies

  • Acquire and maintain advanced knowledge of Active Directory and GT Policies and Procedures related to account access rights and AD processes
  • Knowledge of Helpdesk and call center tools and operations
  • Detail‑oriented with exceptional client service attitude; able to ask probing questions to quickly identify and resolve escalations
  • Effective team player, highly professional, able to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; able to convey highly technical information in easy‑to‑understand non‑technical terms and ability to interact with all levels of organization
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently, complete assignments within time limits and produce highest‑quality results
  • Proficient in documenting technical processes and procedures

Education & Prior Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Active Directory or related experience
  • MCSA: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate A+, AZ900 Azure Fundamentals, Security+ and Network+ certifications are highly desirable

Technology
