  • Track action items and ensure timely execution of agreed corrective and preventive measures.
  • Coordinate closely with Finance to review, request, and track credit notes related to receiving discrepancies and inventory adjustments.
Scrap, RMA & Quality Management
  • Review scrap and Return Material Authorization (RMA) activities through structured cyclic audits.
  • Identify root causes for scrap, damages, or discrepancies and recommend process improvements to reduce recurrence.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and internal control requirements related to inventory handling and disposition.
Warehouse & Storage Management
  • Review bin, rack, and shelf utilisation and implement mechanisms for continuous monitoring and optimisation of storage space.
  • Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and segregation in accordance with standard operating procedures.

  • Maintain high inventory accuracy and compliance with internal audit and financial control standards.
Continuous Improvement & Leadership
  • Lead shopfloor problem‑solving activities and drive continuous improvement using DBS tools such as Kaizen, JDI, root‑cause analysis, and visual management.
  • Coach and guide warehouse and inventory team members on best practices, standard work, and safety.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
