Job summary

Daikin Middle East & Africa, based in Riyadh, seeks an Internal Controls Analyst / Specialist (Saudi Talent) to support and strengthen the company’s control framework. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to document processes and improve governance across the organization.

The role offers exposure to multiple functions and opportunities for growth in internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in Internal Control, Internal Audit, External Audit, Accounting or Risk/Compliance.
• Fresh graduates with internship in internal controls/audit are welcome.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing or audit firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and improvement of the internal control framework.
• Document processes, policies, narratives, flowcharts, and risk/control matrices.
• Assist with quarterly internal control assessments and follow-up.
• Coordinate audit requests and communicate with stakeholders.
• Review SAP/ERP controls including user access and segregation of duties.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen controls.
• Support compliance activities and training records.
• Prepare dashboards and management updates on controls and compliance.
• Maintain control documentation and audit records with confidentiality.
