CreditNinja - KMD Partners, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Communications Trainee through the Tamheer Program to bolster employee engagement, craft internal messages, create engaging content, and help organize corporate events.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communication, Graphic Design, or Business Administration, with strong Canva or Adobe Creative Suite skills and fluent Arabic-English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience organizing events or employee engagement activities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.

Responsibilities

• Support internal communications and content creation.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to digital and print communications for the company.
