Job summary

Jobskey Consultancy seeks an Internal Audit Manager for a prestigious hospitality client in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing risk-based audit plans, leading diverse audits, and strengthening governance and controls.

The candidate should have 8–12 years in internal audit, with at least 3 years in management, and familiarity with CMA rules and IPO processes. Hospitality sector experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of internal audit experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with listed companies in the Saudi capital market is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of IPO processes, CMA regulations, and corporate governance.
• Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
