Job summary

CLEAR Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to create unique concepts that meet client needs in a Riyadh-based project environment. You will develop mood boards, space plans, and material choices while ensuring compliance with safety codes and client budgets.

The role involves client meetings, on-site coordination with contractors, and end-to-end project oversight from concept to completion, using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit BIM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–5 years of interior design experience, managing projects from concept to completion. Proficient in mood boards, color schemes, materials and finishes.
• Licensure or certification by a recognized board is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona, Revit BIM, 3ds Max and related design software.

Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Professional Experience
  • 3-5 years of interior design experience, managing projects from concept to completion. Skilled in creating mood boards, color schemes, materials, and finishes
• Licenses & Certifications
  • Licensure or certification by a recognized board is preferred
• Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona, Revit (BIM preferred), 3ds Max.
  • Strong understanding of materials and fabrics used in interior design
