Job summary

Want More is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to install, maintain, and repair instruments used in industrial processes. The role involves calibrating devices, performing routine maintenance, diagnosing faults, and keeping detailed maintenance records while ensuring safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, a technical instrumentation diploma, and strong reading of electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma preferred in instrumentation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician.
• Experience with instruments used in industrial processes.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems and circuits.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; good communication and teamwork.
• Open to Indian nationals; no English required.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, control valves, etc.
• Conduct routine maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning.
• Diagnose and repair instrument malfunctions or failures.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities performed on instruments.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve instrumentation issues.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures when working with hazardous materials.
