Job summary

AlphaConnect in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to install, maintain and repair instruments and control systems in our industrial operations.

This full-time role offers accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-natives, and requires reading diagrams, PLCs, and strong problem-solving abilities on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of instruments, control systems and electrical circuits.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals to troubleshoot issues.
• Physically fit for varied environments including heights and confined spaces.
• Good English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair instruments such as gauges, sensors and meters.
• Maintain and troubleshoot control systems including PLCs.
• Read diagrams and manuals to identify malfunctions.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to ensure efficient operation of equipment.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report repairs or replacements.
• Comply with safety procedures and regulations while on site.

Job description

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Riyadh As an Instrument Technician you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial and manufacturing processes This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship is available for non-native candidates

Responsibilities

• Install calibrate troubleshoot and repair various types of instruments such as pressure gauges thermometers level sensors flow meters etc
• Ensure that all instruments are functioning properly and accurately by conducting regular maintenance checks
• Diagnose and resolve issues with control systems including Programmable Logic Controllers PLCs
• Read technical diagrams and manuals to identify equipment or system malfunctions
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure efficient operation of equipment
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any necessary repairs or replacements
• Comply with all safety procedures and regulations while working on site

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of different types of instruments control systems and electrical circuits
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals to troubleshoot issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physically fit to work in various environments including confined spaces or at heights
• Good communication skills in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Valid residence permit or visa sponsorship for non-native candidates
