Job summary

athGADLANG is seeking a highly hands-on Financial Controller to own the project’s books, management reporting, and IFRS financial statements as it moves from construction into operations.

You will build repeatable processes, manage cash flow and lender drawdowns, and drive the forecasting cycle while coordinating with the CFO and ERP vendors to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Essential accounting qualification and project finance experience.
• At least 5 years in infrastructure or IPP environments.
• Saudi resident with transferable iqama or sponsorship rights.
• Experience in lender drawdowns and IFRS financial statements.
• ERP implementation and end-to-end budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct line-by-line budget analysis and variance reporting.
• Maintain general ledger, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Prepare monthly management pack with P&L, balance sheet and cash flows.
• Coordinate loan drawdowns and treasury administration.
• Compile IFRS-compliant annual and interim financial statements.
• Develop operational budgets extending through 2028 and ERP reporting.
• Engage with CFO, auditors, and ERP vendors to ensure data integrity.
