IT Support Officer to provide front-line technical support for employees and ensure the stable operation of office IT infrastructure. The role covers troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing network devices, and handling IT assets and licensing.

Responsibilities

Helpdesk Support

• Troubleshoot and support employee devices (hardware/software)
• Provide user support for account access, data security, and system updates
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and OS
• Maintain laptops, PCs, Microsoft Office tools, and UTP cabling

IT Infrastructure Management (20%)

• Monitor IT systems and resolve potential issues proactively
• Conduct backups and recovery for data loss prevention
• Maintain Cisco devices: switches, wireless controllers, and IP phones
• Apply knowledge of networking, systems, and hardware in day-to-day operations

IT Equipment & Asset Management

• Manage IT hardware procurement and inventory
• Track software licenses and ensure compliance

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT support or technical assistance experience
• Demonstrated internal IT support and system maintenance experience

Qualifications
