Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to closure.

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.

• Experience: More than 5 years of hands‑on experience in IT project management and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Key Skill: Proven experience in developing and implementing operational/technical structures within IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on project performance using KPIs and other metrics.
• Design, improve, and implement IT operational structures and workflows to enhance efficiency and delivery.
• Coordinate between technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior fruct.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and governance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum Master.
• Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC), infrastructure projects, or IT service management.
