About the role

As an IT Engineer, you’ll be part of our global IT team managing the entire IT ecosystem across 9 offices worldwide. You’ll focus on automating, optimizing, and maintaining our Microsoft 365 environment while providing direct support to colleagues and implementing new solutions within our cloud‑first IT landscape.

What you’ll do

• Resolve internal IT issues and collaborate with multi‑functional teams.
• Provide feedback to improve product quality and reliability.
• Document incidents and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Design, plan, and execute changes in the IT environment.
• Maintain administration for an ISO27001‑compliant environment.
• Drive automation of recurring IT activities.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in complex Microsoft environments.
• Strong skills in task automation, ideally using PowerShell.
• Hands‑on expertise in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 environments, including applications and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Azure AD, and Azure services for workplace solutions (e.g., Intune MDM, Microsoft Defender suite).
• Solid understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, Ubiquiti, FortiGate, Azure networking, etc.).
• Familiarity or knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is a big plus.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and ITIL principles.
• Strong problem‑solving, planning, and communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
