Job summary

Nawras Power Company seeks an Information Technology Engineer with strong cybersecurity to manage and secure our IT infrastructure. You will maintain servers, networks, firewalls, endpoint protection, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and backup systems while ensuring compliance with security best practices.

You will monitor security events, respond to incidents, perform vulnerability assessments, implement controls, and provide technical support to end users across the organization in Eastern

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, firewalls, endpoint protection, and backup solutions.
• Familiarity with switches, routers, and wireless networking.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, Microsoft Certified, CompTIA Network+, or Security+ are preferred.
