Job summary

Tech Mahindra Ltd. seeks an experienced Informatica MDM Project Lead to manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, including discovery, design, deployment, and post‑go‑live support. You will align the project with business objectives and Saudi market specifics.

You will lead workshops, define scope and timelines, oversee data modeling, integration flows, and governance, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure delivery on complex MDM initiatives in the GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-16 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on Informatica MDM implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale MDM projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC region.
• Expertise in Informatica MDM toolset (e.g., Multidomain, Data Director, Data Quality).
• Knowledge of MDM data governance frameworks and familiarity with the insurance domain (preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Informatica MDM implementation lifecycle from discovery and design to deployment and post‑go‑live support, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources for complex MDM initiatives, mitigating risks and proactively addressing challenges specific to the Saudi market.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for data domains, matching rules, and data quality processes within the MDM hub.
• Oversee the technical design and configuration of Informatica MDM solutions, including data modeling, integration flows, and user interface customization.
