Overview

Job Title: Industrial Painter

The Industrial Painter will be responsible for painting various industrial structures and equipment. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an industrial painter and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming them
• Mix paints and other materials according to specifications
• Apply paint or coating using a variety of methods such as brush, roller, or spray gun
• Monitor and maintain paint supplies and equipment
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for imperfections
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
• Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects

Qualifications / Requirements

• Previous experience as an industrial painter preferred
• Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application methods
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, bending, lifting)
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
• Strong communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends or overtime if needed
