Job Objectives
- Managing and implementing sales channel management strategies through POS and annual sales plans/targets.
- Ensure achieving the sales targets assigned by the CSO to the indirect sales function.
- Ensure establishing the proper sales network of point of sales locations covering both penetration & expansion whether in main cities or targeted remote areas.
- Monitor & enhance the quality performance & activations generated from the indirect sales channel leading to quality sales and long-term revenue in alignment with sales strategy.
- Design indirect sales commission schemes leading to the fulfilment of the sales strategy & Lebara overall strategy & profitability.
- Escalation of updated market feedback related to other competitors.
- Resolving any operational obstacles that might hinder or impact the overall performance negatively, whether internally or externally.
- Strengthened and increase the number of sales points to increase market share versus competitors.
- Supporting and guiding partner team and ensure that all products are available at all sales points.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Market visits to POSs, and groceries in area of responsibility.
- Insure stock availability across all sales channels in area of responsibility.
- Insure product awareness across all sales channels in area of responsibility.
- Insure achieving sales targets assigned for various sales channels in area of responsibility.
- Problem solving various sales channels.
- Insure sales channels satisfaction and loyalty towards Lebara.
- Insure efficiency and effectiveness in time to market.
