Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient IT Assist Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support the IT department in managing our organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing leadership to our IT support team.

  • Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including network administration, cybersecurity, and technical support
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage and prioritize IT projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT support staff
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Assist in developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal IT service delivery
  • Conduct regular security audits and implement measures to protect against cyber threats
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for IT initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
