• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment (package units, cassette type, concealed, split type, FCU/AHU, exhaust fans, fresh air units, etc.).
• Identify maintenance risks on HVAC equipment.
• Conduct periodic preventive maintenance (PPM) for operating HVAC equipment in all kitchens across KSA.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults or malfunctions in HVAC systems.
• Overhaul exhaust fans, compressors, FCUs, and AHUs.
• Clean, adjust, repair systems, and perform warranty services.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Provide technical direction and on-the-job training.

What Are We Looking For?

• Technical qualification and experience in troubleshooting, control, and wiring for all types of HVAC equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Valid KSA Iqama and driving license.
• Skilled in using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other electromechanical tools.
• Technical proficiency in electronic circuits.
• Good understanding and experience in HVAC layouts.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience:

• Senior: Ideally, more than 7 years of experience in HVAC equipment maintenance.
• Junior: Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in HVAC equipment maintenance.
