Job summary

International Human Resources Company (iHR) is seeking an experienced HVAC Projects & Installation Projects & Operations Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects and daily operations. The role focuses on successful project delivery, operational excellence, quality compliance, and profitability while managing engineering and technical teams.

You will develop schedules, monitor execution, review technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement to optimize performance across branches

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC projects and contracting.
• Proven experience managing engineering and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of project contracts, risk management, and project execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (MS Project or Primavera is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through final handover
• Develop and monitor project schedules and execution plans
• Lead engineering and technical teams across multiple projects
• Review technical drawings, project documentation, and change orders
• Monitor project progress, resolve operational challenges, and ensure timely delivery
• Oversee branch operations, warehouse activities, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational health & safety requirements
• Establish operational KPIs and prepare reports for senior management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
