Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work from home. The Human Resources Specialist will manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and support personnel management processes.

Daily tasks include recruiting and onboarding new talent, ensuring compliance with company policies, handling HR documentation, and fostering a positive workplace environment that aligns with the company’s values and vision.
