We are seeking a Strategic HR Governance Manager to lead and govern HR operations within the building materials sector.

This role focuses on structuring, standardizing, and governing HR practices, ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance requirements, and organizational performance objectives.

The position acts as a strategic bridge between executive management and HR operations.

Responsibilities
  • Govern and standardize HR operations across the organization in line with business strategy.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and internal HR regulations.
  • Oversee HR operational areas including workforce planning, performance management, and organizational structure.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor HR effectiveness.
  • Support leadership with strategic HR insights, analytics, and recommendations.
  • Align HR processes with operational needs of the building materials and industrial environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR systems and workflows.
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, and leadership to ensure integrated people strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of progressive experience in HR operations, governance, or strategic HR roles.
  • Strong experience in HR policies, compliance, and organizational governance.
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and supervisory levels.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or building materials sectors is highly preferred.
