Educations and Certificates
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualification is highly desirable and preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, preferably within the healthcare or hospital environment.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Act as a trusted HRBP to hospital management and departmental heads.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hospital goals.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws, and hospital policies.
- Facilitate organizational change management and cultural development.
- Provide coaching and support for leadership development.
- Oversee payroll administration processes to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Coordinate support services related to HR, such as employee welfare, administrative support, and facility-related HR functions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with hospital leadership to identify HR priorities and develop actionable plans.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain qualified healthcare professionals.
- Manage employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and succession planning.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, compliance, and soft skills.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure HR practices support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Assist in policy development and updates relevant to healthcare settings.
- Support hospital accreditation and compliance audits related to HR practices.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring compliance with payroll policies and timely processing.
