Job summary

The role involves developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and at least 8 years of relevant experience are required. Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.   • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualification is highly desirable and preferred.
Experience

GENERAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBLES
  • Act as a trusted HRBP to hospital management and departmental heads.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hospital goals.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws, and hospital policies.
  • Facilitate organizational change management and cultural development.
  • Provide coaching and support for leadership development.
  • Oversee payroll administration processes to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Coordinate support services related to HR, such as employee welfare, administrative support, and facility-related HR functions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with hospital leadership to identify HR priorities and develop actionable plans.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Manage employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and succession planning.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies, compliance, and soft skills.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Ensure HR practices support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist in policy development and updates relevant to healthcare settings.
  • Support hospital accreditation and compliance audits related to HR practices.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring compliance with payroll policies and timely processing.
  • Manage support services related to HR functions, including employee welfare initiatives and administrative support.
