El Seif is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to ensure zero environmental impact during project execution, review safety inputs, and implement the HSE program on site. You will identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and lead toolbox talks to improve safety awareness across teams.
The role requires a Bachelor in Engineering or Safety-related field plus NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA certification and at least 5 years of HSE experience in a similar operation, ideally in the Middle East.

The main purpose of the HSE Supervisor role is to identify & ensure there is no property loss or damage to the environment during project execution and review method statements for safety inputs, establish the site as per HSE program/plan, ensure hazard identification, risk assessment, mitigate hazards, develop safety awareness & conduct toolbox moments.
