Job summary

Confidential, a leading on-site employer in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to lead health, safety, and environmental programs on site. You will conduct risk assessments, audits, incidents investigations, and mentor staff; ensure compliance, maintain records, and act as Fire Warden/Incident Controller/First Aider as required.

The role requires 7+ years of HSE experience in relevant industries and a Degree in Science/Engineering with advanced HSE qualifications, plus NEBOSH

Qualifications

• Degree in Science/Engineering with advanced HSE qualifications.
• NEBOSH Certificate.
• 7+ years of HSE experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction, or similar industries, with proven supervisory, investigation, auditing, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise HSE programs and safety-related activities on site.
• Lead risk assessments reviews, and regular safety inspections/audits.
• Supervise investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-misses; ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented and closed out.
• Guide and mentor HSE officers and site personnel on safety procedures and best practices.
• Maintain and analyze HSE records, statistics, and trends; report findings to management.
• Monitor PPE compliance, equipment certifications, and vehicle/plant inspection status.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.
• Ensure disciplinary action is taken against habitual safety violators per company policy.
• Act as Fire Warden, Incident Controller, and First Aider as required.
• Ensure Observation Cards and HSE documentation are properly tracked and closed.
