Job summary

Fichtner Consulting Engineers Company seeks an experienced HSE professional to conduct comprehensive risk assessments, develop robust HSE policies, and lead safety audits across projects in the region.

The role focuses on implementing control measures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering targeted HSE training to diverse teams within oil, gas, or construction environments. 7+ years of relevant experience and professional safety certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is essential for technical understanding.
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience in an HSE role, preferably in oil/gas or construction.
  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) to validate expertise in safety management.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and safety management systems to effectively identify and mitigate hazards.
