Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation (OSHA/EMS, Saudi Arabia HSE) and procedures.
• Experience writing reports and safety/environment policies/guidelines.
• Good communication to explain safety procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Compile safety programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments and audits; recommend controls.
• Organize and deliver HSE trainings for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Develop emergency response plans and coordinate drills.
• Record incidents and prepare safety reports with statistics.
