A leading offshore drilling contractor is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join its offshore jack-up drilling operations in the Middle East. This role requires a rig-based HSE leader with proven offshore drilling experience and a strong track record in driving safety performance and compliance in high-risk operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE performance on offshore jack-up drilling rigs
• Implement and maintain PTW, SIMOPS and hazard management systems
• Conduct incident investigations and ensure corrective actions
• Deliver emergency response drills and crisis preparedness
• Drive proactive safety culture across rig crews and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with company and client HSE requirements
• Support audits, inspections and HSE reporting

Required Experience

• Proven HSE leadership experience on offshore drilling rigs, semi, deepwater or drill ships)
• Strong knowledge of PTW, JSAs, incident investigation & emergency response
• NEBOSH and bachelors certifications required
