The ideal candidate must have a university degree in Engineering or a related field, with at least 10 years of HSE experience in pipeline or infrastructure projects. NEBOSH and OSHA certifications are mandatory, along with fluency in English and Arabic. This role involves developing HSE plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and mentoring on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, preferably in water, pipeline, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project HSE plans, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with KSA HSE regulations, client requirements, and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Lead and mentor HSE teams on-site and promote a strong safety culture.
