Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant advising on different HR disciplines to Business Managers and employees at local level.
• Deploy and coordinate HR policies and activities to suit immediate needs of Business Managers and employees spanning across the employee lifecycle.
• Support managers with hiring process, contracts and onboarding new employees.
• Facilitate delivery of employee development needs and drive employee career development program ਤੋਂ
• Conduct reviews, preparatory talks and performance calibration meetings with managers in line with defined performance management process.
• Support change initiatives and act as change agent.
• Keep up-to-date with latest development in HR industry and labor legislation.
• Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience more than 6 years.
• Previous experience partnering the business at a senior management& executive level in a complex environment e.g. multi country/customers.
• Team leadership – small to medium size teams.
• Prior budget management experience.
• Proven experience of leading deployment of complex organizational change projects.
Glue>Bachelor's Degree.
• HR/Labor Law certification (not a must).
