The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and communicates those needs proactively with the HR department and business management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, particularly in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, and will be able to navigate the complexities of human resources in this sector.
