Job summary

A multinational technology company in Riyadh is seeking an HR professional to manage HR operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws. Responsibilities include handling employee lifecycle processes, supporting payroll and attendance management, and liaising with regulatory teams. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Strong communication skills in English and familiarity with Saudi labor regulations are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract preparation, probation tracking, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with Saudi Labor Law, social insurance (GOSI), and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as an HR contact point for employee inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support workplace investigations, disciplinary documentation, and employee grievance procedures aligned with company policy.
  • Provide HR operational support for factory ramp-up activities, mass hiring cycles, and workforce deployment.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Handle HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract preparation, probation tracking, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in accordance with Lenovo policies and Saudi labor regulations.
  • Support attendance, leave management, and HR documents issuance (letters, certificates, ID requests, etc.).
  • Coordinate payroll-related inputs such as overtime, allowances, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Compliance & Local Regulatory Requirements
  • Ensure HR processes comply with Saudi Labor Law, social insurance (GOSI), and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the execution of Saudization (Nitaqat) targets and ensure documentation and reporting accuracy.
  • Liaise with PRO/GRO team for visa services, work permits, renewals, and employee government-related procedures.
HR Systems & Data Management
  • Maintain employee data in HR systems (HRIS), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making for plant operations.
  • Support digital HR process enablement and continuous improvement of HR workflows.
Employee Relations & Communication
  • Serve as an HR contact point for employee inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support workplace investigations, disciplinary documentation, and employee grievance procedures aligned with company policy.
  • Assist in executing engagement initiatives, communication events, and HR campaigns at the plant.
Support Global-to-Local Integration
  • Help embed Lenovo’s global HR policies, processes, and governance mechanisms into the KSA manufacturing site.
  • Coordinate with regional and global HR teams to ensure local execution aligns with corporate HR standards.
  • Support the adaptation of global HR programs (performance management, talent processes, compliance, etc.) to local operations.
Manufacturing Project Support
  • Provide HR operational support for factory ramp-up activities, mass hiring cycles, and workforce deployment.
  • Assist HRBP and plant leaders with HR administrative tasks, data requests, and project coordination.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR operations or HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or multinational companies.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law and HR administrative procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy in documentation, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
