Job Purpose

To support the HR function by assisting with document reviews and report preparation, contributing to effective employee services at CCBCSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling employee cases and support issue resolution.
• Maintain and update HR records, ensuring data accuracy, proper documentation, and supporting basic HR reporting and data tracking.
• Assist in audit preparation by organizing and reviewing required HR documents.
• Support HR policies and procedures by ensuring documents are properly filed and followed.
• Assist in reviewing bank loan requests to ensure they align with employee entitlements.
• Support the review of school fee invoices to verify accuracy and entitlement compliance.
• Assist in reviewing termination and final settlement documents to ensure completeness.
• Provide administrative and operational support to other HR support functions as needed.
