Role

The HR Generalist provides end-to-end HR support, with a focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE, while providing HR operational support to other EMEA or APAC countries. This role manages the full employee lifecycle and serves as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and alignment with global HR policies. The position combines hands-on HR administration with cross-regional collaboration in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) for employees in the respective countries.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations topics.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and regulations and support compliance in the UAE and relevant European/APAC countries in coordination with the HR team.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with data protection and privacy requirements.
  • Support performance management, employee development, and training processes.
  • Coordinate HR communications and employee engagement initiatives across supported regions.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and systems.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, absences) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Liaise with external service providers, authorities, and internal stakeholders as required.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations, preferably in an international or multi-country environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR practices (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with HR practices and regulations in the UAE and selected European/APAC countries is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality.
  • Clear and professional communication style with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Proactive and service-oriented professional with strong collaboration skills and a focus on people development.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (professional working proficiency) is required, while additional European languages are a plus.
