Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Riyadh seeks a Marketing and Communications support professional to assist in implementing the annual plan and coordinating campaigns across channels.

You will help create content, manage social media calendars, and collaborate with internal departments to gather updates and assets. Strong English, organizational skills, and hospitality know-how are essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing and communications is preferred, ideally in hospitality.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the hotel's annual marketing and communications plan.
• Assist in developing and coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and hotel initiatives.
• Create and coordinate engaging content for social media, website, and other channels.
• Manage and maintain the hotel’s social media content calendar.
• Coordinate with internal departments for content collection and updates.
• Assist with photography and video shoots; coordinate with photographers and agencies.
• Support development of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
• Ensure materials comply with brand standards and guidelines.
• Prepare press releases, media communications, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Monitor social media activity and competitor communications.
• Track and report on campaign performance.
• Maintain an organized archive of marketing materials and assets.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as purchase orders and invoices.
